If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: so much of what we navigate comes back to stress — the kind that quietly weighs on your mind, body, relationships, and sense of self. You might be facing a legal or health-related crisis, moving through a major life transition, or simply trying to hold it all together while burnout simmers beneath the surface. Whatever you’re carrying, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
We start with a free consultation is a gentle, no-pressure first step into personal development coaching. We’ll talk about what’s showing up in your life, where you'd like support, and whether this stress management coaching space feels like the right fit for your needs. It’s a chance to feel heard, be real, and explore meaningful next steps together.
In our sessions, we’ll work toward personalized, solution-focused goals that align with your values, improve your quality of life, and strengthen your relationships. While every journey is unique, our work often touches on:
-
Managing stress and regulating difficult emotions
-
Rebuilding after grief, trauma, or loss
-
Setting and holding healthy boundaries
-
Coping with burnout and moral injury
-
Navigating life transitions with clarity
-
Improving communication and relationships
-
Creating sustainable routines that support balance and well-being
As we move through this process, you’ll build greater awareness of your body, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — cultivating the insight and skills needed to respond rather than react, and to live in alignment with what matters most to you.
We’ll use practical, evidence-based tools drawn from somatic practices, EMDR resourcing, DBT, CBT, emotional intelligence, and psycho-education. Coaching isn’t about fixing or diagnosing — it’s about getting unstuck, reconnecting with your inner resources, and creating lasting, meaningful change.
Come exactly as you are. Let’s take the next step — together, at your pace.

ABOUT ANDI
I didn’t exactly know where I was headed when I first started this journey — but the most interesting stories are rarely linear.
I was born in the Keystone State and moved to Tucson just before the turn of the century to finish high school. After collecting a solid 180 undergraduate credits in true Van Wilder fashion, I graduated from Arizona State University in 2006 with a degree in Political Science. A few career pivots later — one year in social services, another selling insurance — I found myself lost and ended up in my first therapy session. I was hooked.
It took another decade for recovery to stick, but along the way, I earned a master’s in Community Counseling and eventually became a Doctor of Clinical Psychology — and yes, I’m sober now too.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked in healthcare, education, insurance, and social services, while also juggling side gigs and odd jobs. I know firsthand the emotional toll of burnout, compassion fatigue, and moral injury — especially for those in helping professions or navigating complex life transitions.
I'm a millennial, a volunteer, and an advocate for trauma-informed systems and social change. My work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth are possible — even in a world that doesn’t always make it easy to be well.
Being human is hard. But I’ve found a way to navigate life with more peace, purpose, and clarity — and I love helping others do the same through personal development coaching, stress management strategies, and personalized support for navigating change.
